There will be a coroner’s inquest into the 2014 death of a man at the Lac Des Iles Mine north of the city.
38 year old Pascal Goulet was strike by a piece of broken ore while he was 825 metres below the surface.
The inquest will examine the circumstances surrounding the man’s death.
The jury may make recommendations aimed at preventing similar deaths.
