There’s been no major change in the Tuberculosis outbreak in our community.
Thunder Bay’s Health Unit is out with an update saying they now have 11 confirmed cases of the disease.
Throughout the summer and fall, the health unit will continue to work with its partners to offer screening and treatment of individuals who are under-housed or experiencing homelessness who may have been exposed.
The outbreak was first declared back in March.
