Lakehead University is acting on its updated sexual violence response policy.
A training session is taking place today for staff.
It’s going to tackle how staff and faculty will track reports of sexual violence, something spokesperson Dreeni Geer tells us involves how many times and what type of stories they are hearing.
Geer adds it’s so they can make sure they are on top of what is happening in the university community and that they are addressing it.
