Judge Out On Capay Hearing

It could be several months before Adam Capay finds out if his case will go to trial.

Capay made national headlines after he was held in solitary confinement for four years while waiting for his day in court.

His defence team recently spent two days arguing to stay the proceedings, which means his first degree murder charge might not go to trial.

A judge’s decision is expected in coming months.

Capay was charged in relation to the death of fellow Thunder Bay Correctional Centre inmate Sherman Quisses.
