Elevate NWO is hoping for support from City Council tonight.
Spokesperson Holly Gauvin explains that they’re going to give Council an update on programs like their street outreach van, nicknamed Ellie, and ask for funding to keep it going.
She notes they’re also hoping council will tell the province it supports their bid for an overdose prevention site.
