Manslaughter Inquiry Continues In June

A preliminary inquiry into a September 2016 manslaughter charge is coming to a close.

Testimony continued throughout Tuesday to see whether or not the charge facing Armand Cummings would go to trial.

The prosecution still needs to call a final witness and both sides still need to make their closing submissions to the judge.

The court proceeding will be adjourned until June 22nd.

The victim Mannie “Josh” Spence was found dead in a compound area at 77 South Court Street.

Cummings is out on bail.

None of the allegations have been proven in court.
