City councillor Frank Pullia believes his town hall meeting on social issues was revealing.
Following this week’s gathering Pullia is convinced the issues involving mental health and addiction in the city need the continued attention of all levels of government.
“I mean to me this is a crisis situation and something that needs greater levels of collaboration between orders of government including the municipality.”
