The province is done enrolling people for their basic income pilot project.
That includes 4,000 people from Thunder Bay, Lindsay, Hamilton, Brantford and Brant County areas.
Those people will receive regular payments so they can better afford basic needs such as food and housing.
Single people could earn up to over $16,000 each year, while couples could see up to $24,000 and people living with a disability will get an extra $6,000 a year.
