A tragic incident in Toronto where now ten people have been killed after a van plowed into pedestrians in the Yonge Street and Finch Avenue area.
Numerous people were struck down and there are about 15 people injured.
Public Safety Minister Ralph Goodale reports the investigation remains in its early stages.
Acting Chief of Toronto Police Peter Yuen says a 25-year-old Richmond Hill man is in custody.
He says they’ve arrested Alex Minassian.
