OPP are reminding you that you have just under two weeks left to safely surrender your unwanted guns and ammunition.
They say they’ve already secured dozens of weapons and hundreds of rounds of ammunition through their April campaign.
So far there have been 218 gun amnesty calls for service in OPP jurisdiction, 42 of which were received through the online reporting option through the OPP’s website.
Since the launch of the gun amnesty, 267 items were recovered through appointments made with officers. (File Photo)
