Stop Meth Walk Stopping In Thunder Bay

“Stop Meth” is the rallying cry for a group of Indigenous people on a 40-day journey from Manitoba to Ottawa.

They’re expected to arrive in Thunder Bay today.

It’s to raise awareness of what they call a crystal meth crisis hitting their communities.

The group of around 30 people are from the four First Nations of Island Lake, north of Winnipeg.

The walk began on March 28th, and made a stop in Kenora Saturday night.
