A Lakehead University business graduate is the city’s newest entrepreneur as Adam Lang prepares to open a new Freshii restaurant in June.
The restaurant will be located at 588 West Arthur Street in the plaza where Shopper’s Drug Mart is located.
Lang says he’s been searching for a venture ever since he graduated seven years ago and found the trendy eatery a good fit.
“I discovered the brand, and kind of fell in love with it,” Lang explains, “I started looking into it, and one thing led to another. A year later, here I am.”
Lang tell us no exact date in the month of June has been set, but indicates he will be looking to staff the eatery shortly.
He plans to hire 12 to 15 employees, a mixture of full- and part-time.
