A Niagara Falls man is paying $ 1,750 for hunting violations.
Court heard that James Doherty shot from the travelled portion of a highway and didn’t wear orange while hunting.
On October 21st of last year, he shot at a decoy that was set up off of Highway 811 north of Thunder Bay.
