Autopsy Results Reviewed In Marki Trial

The autopsy results of Ann Chuchmuch and Wilfred Charles Pott dominated testimony during the third day of a double murder jury trial.

A pathologist took the stand to share his findings into their 2015 deaths.

Court heard Pott’s cause of death was a stabbing to his leg and that he wasn’t breathing when the house he was in caught fire.

Benjamin Ronald Marki is charged in relation to the couples death as well as arson with a disregard for life and indignity to a dead body.

He was renting a room from them at the time of the Brant Street house fire and their deaths

In court Marki, sat and listened to the expert testifying.

The trial is expected to wrap up sometime next week.
