City Councillor Joe Virdiramo is hinting that we’ll soon find out more about the province’s plans for our district jail.
After speaking to the government recently in Toronto, Virdiramo feels we could be getting some good news soon.
“We spoke with Minister of Corrections, in relation to the corrections facility and we are quite excited that she’s coming up to Thunder Bay in the next couple of weeks. Hopefully to inform us of something.”
