A full day is being set aside to deal with the sentencing of a local contractor that was recently found guilty on fraud charges.
On June 8th, Richard Belbas will hear from people he defrauded money from and learn his fate.
His lawyer, Chris Watkins is waiting to get medical reports on Belbas before the judge in the case makes his sentencing decision.
Belbas was already convicted in 2015 on several similar fraud related charges and is now facing another 11.
