Thunder Bay’s two Liberal MPP’s have survived the latest cabinet shuffle by Premier Kathleen Wynne.
Michael Gravelle remains as the Minister of Northern Development and Mines while Bill Mauro is still the Municipal Affairs Minister.
Mitzie Hunter has moved to Advanced Education and Skills Development, taking over from Deb Matthews.
Indira Naidoo-Harris moves into Education, Eleanor McMahon heads to the Treasury board, Steve Del Duca takes over Economic Development, and Kathryn McGarry becomes Minister of Transportation.
In other changes, Nathalie Des Rosiers joins cabinet as the new Minister of Natural Resources and Forestry, Daiene Vernile is now Minister of Tourism, Culture and Sport, and Harinder Malhi becomes the new Minister of the Status of Women.(File photos)
