Local MPP Michael Gravelle insists the future economy of Ontario lies in the north, and the government is committed to that.
Speaking to our newsroom last week, Gravelle pointed to a number of ventures contributing to that for 2017.
He says in spite of Kathleen Wynne’s approval rating of only 13%, she remains focused on forestry, mining exploration such as the Ring of Fire and the four laning of highway 17.
Gravelle says her approval rating is simply part of politics.
