One time Canadian Foreign Affairs Minister Lloyd Axworthy is in Thunder Bay today to give a lecture at Lakehead University’s law school in the old PACI building on Red River Road.
Axworthy’s talk will be centred around the international criminal court, and the United Nations declaration and the rights of indigenous peoples.
It starts at 7 o’clock.
