The NDP’s Health and Long Term Care critic is leaving Thunder Bay with what she feels is a better picture of our health care concerns.
France Gelinas met with a variety of residents, nurses and other front line hospital staff who shared their health care horror stories.
Gelinas says the stories she heard are sticking with her such as the one person who was treated in a ten bed room.
She says she has only seen that type of hospital condition in a third world country.
