A local man is charged with Careless Driving after Monday’s crash on Strathcona Avenue.
That’s where police say a car hit a hydro pole and then slammed into the concrete railway overpass.
Police allege there was significant high speed and distraction because of a telecommunication device just prior to the car going out of control.
