A big jump in Thunder Bay’s apartment rental vacancy rate.
Government figures from the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation show the rate jumped to 4.6 per cent last month compared to 2.3 per cent last year at the same time.
In addition the average monthly rate for a two bedroom unit in the city jumped to $918.00 last month from $888.00 in October of last year.
