It appears that a Thunder Bay man, convicted of robbery, isn’t spending anymore time in jail.
34 year old Alexander James Geesic was recently sentenced to 10 months in custody and 3 years probation. He was originally charged in connection with last October’s robberies at a the Shell gas bar on Red River Road and a Mac’s Convenience Store.
In court recently, it was noted that Geesic would get credit for the time he spent in jail since his arrest, effectively setting him free. (File Photo)
