The Canada Border Services Agency is charging a Texas man with smuggling an undeclared firearm.
On Wednesday of last week, Harold Ledoux Junior of Schertz, Texas wanted to enter Canada at the Pigeon River Border.
Police found on inspection of his vehicle, loose ammunition, and a unloaded .380 calibre semi-automatic pistol behind the driver’s seat.
