Cash For Bike Trails

The Ontario government is putting up some cash to improve bicycling opportunities across the province.

It’s earmarking a total of $25-million over the next three years.

$10-million will go to municipalities to expand existing bicycle trails or launch their own pilot projects.

Plans include paving highway shoulders andcreating barriers on bridges to separate cyclists from motorists.
