Thunder Bay does NOT have its first murder of the year.
City police say the results of a port mortem show the man whose body was found in a snowbank at Junot Park yesterday didn’t die from foul play.
They say it’s not a criminal investigation.
Police received the call around 9 o’clock Wednesday morning from a person walking in the area who called them from the Junot Fire station.
They had been securing the scene until the the cause of death was confirmed.
