At last night’s meeting, Councillor Aldo Ruberto and Chair Ian Angus butt heads over the protocol about asking questions during presentations.
Angus says Ruberto has to stop using question period as a way to get his own views across.
Meanwhile, Ruberto says he’s just asking questions the only way he knows how.
