Education Minister Liz Sandals continues to defend the province’s new sex ed curriculum.
In Question Period, PC MPP Monte McNaughton asked the Minister if she would consider allowing school councils to opt out of the new program.
Sandals quickly fired back at McNaughton saying if he was Premier he would probably allow schools to opt out of teaching evolution.
The new curriculum includes healthy relationship descriptions, consent rules, and the risks of sexting. (Photo supplied)
