The Thunder Bay Mental Health Centre is raising money with their new 40 in 40 campaign.
The campaign aims to raise $40,000 in 40 weeks for education and training programs to help people who suffer from mental illness.
Consultant Elly Tose says the campaign will help people become aware of the benefits of their programs.
Tose goes on to say that a third of their funding comes from United Way and that they receive no government funding.
