Update: CP Rail Back On Track

CP Rail is back on track.

The minister of labour says both sides in the strike have agreed to mediated arbitration.

The feds tabled a back-to-work legislation this afternoon, to push over 3,000 Teamsters members back on the job. They crossed the picket line yesterday.

The NDP said earlier today it wouldn’t be supporting the Bill, as it negated rail employees’ right to strike.

Scheduling is the main point of contention, but Kellie Leitch says she expects a quick return to work.
