City Crews are working on repairing a broken water main.
The north side break at the corner of Court Street and Stephens Street started just after two am.
Crews are currently digging to expose the broken pipe and break the frost from the ground.
The break has resulted in water service to the area being temporarily shut off. About 25 homes are affected.
