Traffic tied up along with Harbour Expressway last night after a transport truck overturned at the corner of the Thunder Bay Expressway. Just after 6 o’clock the truck was attempting to make a left-hand turn to head eastbound on the Harbour Expressway when the unit tipped over dumping furniture onto the roadway.
