City Council is going to hear about a complaint that was filed with the City’s appointed investigator.
Stefan Huzan alleged that council and staff were delaying the process by asking the City’s solicitor for legal advice.
The City’s investigator has concluded that it didn’t take longer than the desired 30 days and wasn’t an unreasonable delay in getting to the decision.
