It’s a waiting game now in Bombardier’s legal dispute with Unifor.
The company is looking for a court order to limit the amount of picketing by striking union workers at its Montreal Street plant.
In court Thursday, company spokesperson Stephanie Ash says their lawyer argued that the injunction is required, in part, because of the potential for violence and threats that have been made on the picket line against management.
Justice Helen Pierce has reserved her written decision until later.
