The Concerned Taxpayers of Thunder Bay are irked over a news report that says the City is making offers and buying up property in the North Core’s downtown.
Chairman Ray Smith says they shouldn’t be looking for property to purchase when the proposed event centre isn’t a done deal.
Smith says they still are pushing for a question on the city election ballot this fall.
