Thunder Bay Chill lost their final game of the soccer season today against St. Louis Lions 1-nil.
The match, in Fairbault, Minnesota, was played to replace the Chill’s final home game which was cancelled after the Chicago PDL team folded.
While the win would have clinched them a playoff spot, the Chill can back their way into the playoffs if St. Louis fails to gain additional points in their last two games.
Regarless of today’s loss, the Chill return are returning to play a friendly match against Winnipeg on Thursday in Thunder Bay
