Fort William First Nation Chief Georjann Morriseau is happy the Superior Court adjourned their case against the Provincial Government’s environmental approval of the Horizon Wind project.
They’ll head back to court after the Provincial election on June 23rd.
They wanted the adjournment because they didn’t want the case to be lost with the shake up that could take place on election day.
The FWFN is attempting to get a court order stopping the wind farm project from getting off the ground.
