Thunder Bay Resident Says Moncton Is On Edge

The city of Moncton, New Brunswick is on edge as police search for a 24 year old gunman they believe is responsible for the deaths of 3 RCMP officers and the wounding of 2 others.
Thunder Bay’s Brent Preston is visiting Moncton and says schools, government offices and some businesses are closed today.
He says that the normally bustling city is very quiet right now similar to what it’s like on a Sunday.
Preston says he and his family are outside of the perimeter that police have set up in a Moncton subdivision as part of their manhunt for 24 year old Justin Bourque.
He says those people in the lockdown zone are being told to stay inside and to call 9-1-1 if they notice any unusual activity. (Photo: RCMP)
