Cyclist In Stable Condition

City Police continue to investigate an auto/cyclist collision Tuesday at the intersection of Memorial Avenue and Dunlop Street.
Officers say the 17 year old man riding his bike didn’t stop at the posted stop sign and proceeded to make a wide right turn into oncoming traffic when he was hit by a vehicle.
Further investigation also revealed the cyclist was riding hands free and had earphone on at the time of the collision.
He remains in the hospital in stable condition.
Charges are pending.
