A relative of an elderly woman who died after a hit an run in October, wants the person responsible to turn themselves in. Joyce Ryan was killed in the collision at Victoria and Leyand. Daughter-in-law Judy Szabo thinks the suspect should come clean. The family is holding a memorial service Thursday afternoon between 2 and 4 o’clock at the Prosvita Hall on Gore Street.
