Violating the social media policy of the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre has cost Keith Taylor his job.
He was acting as co-chair for the patient family advisory council, but is no longer in the role thanks to images of Nazi-affiliated items on his Facebook page.
The posts date back to 2012 and included images of swastikas, a bronze sculpture of Adolf Hitler and a military badge, among other items.
Taylor started volunteering for the hospital nine years ago.

Originally from southern Ontario, Jason found his way here and fell in love with the community and music scene of Thunder Bay over twenty years ago. In between various stints on radio, television and writing, Jason is a dad, a partner and (some would consider) a zoo keeper (seriously, he has a LOT of pets).
