15 Active Cases In The District

Add four more COVID-19 cases in the Thunder Bay District Health Unit.

Of the new cases Wednesday, one was obtained through someone else who had it while another was picked up through travel outside of Northwestern Ontario.

The active count is now up to 15.

In Ontario, there were 554 new cases of COVID-19 reported with 319 coming from unvaccinated people and 44 from people in which the vaccination status was unknown.

The province also reported 16 more deaths with 11 of those occurring within the last week.

In between various stints on radio, television and writing, Jason is a dad, a partner and (some would consider) a zoo keeper (seriously, he has a LOT of pets).
