Making Vaccines Mandatory At Confederation College

Confederation College is making the move towards making vaccinations a requirement to access all campuses in person this fall.

In the statement Monday, President Kathleen Lynch said that the College has consulted with provincial and local health authorities and is joining many other postsecondary institutions and other Crown agencies who have already made this move.

The College on July 21st expressed the expectation that staff and students would be vaccinated against COVID-19.

You’ll be allowed on campus on September 7th if you’ve had one or two doses of the vaccine but if you’re only partially vaccinated, you have until October 18th to get that second dose.

The College will be running vaccine clinics on each campus and residence in September to assist those who require their first and/or second vaccine dose.
