C.D.C. Approves Domestic U.S. Travel

Domestic travel in the U.S. is getting a green light from the Centre for Disease Control.

It says travel is okay if you have been fully vaccinated and you continue to follow public health guidance when on a train, plane or bus.

There are no recommendations for international travel.

Some Minnesota politicians want vaccinated people to become exempt from travel restrictions impacting the Canada- U.S. border.

Those restrictions are currently in place until April 21st, and are likely to be extended again.

In Ontario, public health officials are recommending only essential travel and self-isolating for 14 days when arriving or returning to the province.
