It’s back for another season: the Northwest Film Fest is taking place once again at SilverCity.
North of Superior Film Association President Marty Mascarin says there will be showings from Canadian film makers.
He points out Father and Guns, Pere du Flic, Don’t Talk to Irene, and The Breadwinner.
“The first three films are lighter additions, they’re comedies, so they’re a welcome addition to our lineup.”
The film fest runs tomorrow and next Sunday, with a special Gala on Thursday at Bight Restaurant in honour of the festival’s 25th anniversary.
It follows a showing of Ladybird at 6:30 that evening.
