Digital Christmas?

Have you gone digital with your family? My kids have a Nintendo Switch and my oldest has discovered Steam which is an online computer gaming hub and I’ve been thinking a lot about getting them games digitally…less mess, less clutter in the house but is it worth it? I’m still old school and like having something for them to open, and having a tangible item seems more worth the money. As much as I’ve embraced the digital age, I still have a hard time letting go of having physical media in case something goes wrong! I know that when I get a Christmas present from someone, it seems more…impactful?…when it’s something concrete. Someone sending me a digital album or song, just doesn’t have the same feeling. NOT that I am upset if someone sends me something digital, or that I think it has less thought behind it, I guess I’m just old and like having ‘stuff’ around me. How about you? Have you fully embraced the digital age with your kids?

Side note, I have a friend who makes Spotify Playlists for his friends every year and I thoroughly enjoy and appreciate his playlists!
