District Marks 400th Case Since March

14 new people have been diagnosed with COVID-19 by the Thunder Bay District Health Unit.

It says four of those are from Sunday’s testing at Southbridge Roseview long-term care home.

Of the others, three got the virus from being around someone else who has it.

The health unit adds it is waiting for results of another three, while the remaining cases do not have a known exposure.

The current active case load is 118, while yesterday it was 114.

There have now been 400 cases since March, with five deaths.

In Ontario today, there are 1,890 new cases, with 28 deaths.
