A big honour for our Acadia Broadcasting radio stations.
99.9 The Bay has been chosen, for the second year in a row, as Thunder Bay’s favourite radio station in the Chronicle Journal’s Reader’s Choice Awards for 2020.
Country 105 is a finalist.
Frank Augruso is the paper’s Advertising and Sales Manager, and tells us there were 58,000 votes, which is similar to last year.
He adds the popularity of the survey has grown over the last two years since it began in 2007, especially among those on social media who share the results.
The results of every category will be revealed in the tabloid of the paper Friday, and again next Tuesday.
