A sad ending to the extensive search for a Thunder Bay man.
Provincial police say human remains found May 13th in an area near Highway 11/17 and the 527 have been identified as Edward Tremblay. The body was found by a forest worker at around 3 o’clock that afternoon.
Police say Tremblay had been reported missing July 7th of last year, and was the subject of a massive search.
The cause of death has yet to be determined by the coroner.
