Another Child Porn Charge Laid Against Man

A Thunder Bay man is again in trouble with the law in connection to child pornography.

Police report 37-year-old Mark Phillip Lehtonen is charged with accessing child porn after a search of a Shuniah residence on Floral Beach Road yesterday.

Lehtonen was already facing a charge of possessing child pornography after being arrested last month.

At that time police raided an address in the 400 block of Rupert Street.

Lehtonen’s additional charges now include:
• Accessing Child Pornography
• Breach Prohibition Order in Relation to Children
• Failure to Comply with Judicial Release
